Mitsutake Watanabe

Mitsutake Watanabe, Master of Japanese Cuisine at SHIRO, is an award-winning chef and Special Ambassador of Japanese Food Culture, appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Japan. He is a professional in Japanese cuisine and sushi making, and has shared his knowledge and experience at prestigious international events and in the media. Watanabe is also a member of the Japanese Culinary Academy, which works to promote and promote traditional Japanese food culture internationally.
